Delete your MoonlitBook account
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, bio, avatar)
- Sign-in identity link (Google / Apple / guest device id)
- Membership tier and subscription verification records stored on our servers
- Story / chapter access history
- Uploaded profile photo files
What we may retain
- Anonymous / aggregated analytics already processed by Google Firebase (subject to Google retention)
- Server security logs (IP, path, time) kept briefly for abuse prevention
- Purchases remain visible in your Google Play or App Store account; cancel subscriptions there if needed
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be cancelled in Google Play or the App Store.
In the Moonlit Audio Book app
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm by typing DELETE
Signed-in and guest accounts can be deleted from the app. Guest data is also removed automatically after inactivity.
Delete now with Google
Sign in with the same Google account you use in the app to delete immediately.
Request deletion by email (web)
Use this form if you cannot open the app. After we verify account ownership, we complete deletion within 7 days.
